Dumonts is located in Williamburg - the heart of sick Brooklyn wealth or that is what I heard. It has a mini bar in the main dining area. Once you walk towards the back, there is a back patio. It has warmers in use during the cold winters. Now on to the delicious food. Yes. Yes. Yes. This is definitely the #1 spot to eat at when you are in New York. Yes, it is in Brooklyn. I don't know why Manhattan folk are hesitant to swing by this area but I live here now so I'll be coming here once a month. This is JT's second time here while Lili has been here, I don't know, maybe 43 times. She speaks of the mac n cheese like it's her only love. The first time I rolled in here, they were not serving mac n cheese. And now I have returned to understand the love of mac n cheese. It is true. Dumont's mac n cheese is off the chain. It is different from other Mac n cheese specialty restaurants where it contains different ingredients and flavors, but here it doesn't need to change its recipe. It's a bit expensive 9/14 but it is worth the cost of feeding your cat.
Dumonts is also known for its burger. The burgers here are pretty good but what makes this burger delicious are the "pho" onions. Whatever they did to these onions, for some reason they taste like onions that are in a bowl of "pho". Now, I bet you're left thinking..."what the pho" HA. just kidding! BUT you just have to try it for yourself and you will know what I mean.

With this being our first blog, what better way to start it off with mac and cheese!!!!
We decided to go to Mac Bar, a gourmet fast food place (if you will) dedicated to only MAC and CHEESE. Mac Bar just opened in September and the word about this place is spreading fast. I personally heard it from a friend of a friend who told my cousin’s brother’s mother’s sister’s baby daddy. Ha just kidding. Regardless, this place is definitely a place worth trying out. They offer up to 12 different kinds of mac and cheese from a lobster mac and cheese to a mac reuben. For a party of 2, a medium will definitely satisfy you. A large will definitely fill you up. And don’t even bother with the small. It just won’t do its justice. You will be left wanting more. The price is not bad if you split the dish with somebody. It will roughly cost you about $5 and some change.
Primavera
Lili and I tried out the two best that caught our eyes: mac lobsta and primavera (the friendly clerk agreed). Both are great with cheese sticking to the mac noodles but the unorthodox mac lobsta came out on top. It was not heavy but it surely was filling after eating 2 mediums!

Ambiance. This place makes you turn slightly yellow! As you can tell from the photos, you should be prepared to eat mac and cheese only.Seating.
